Before you choose a plan
What is the difference between a Daily plan and Total GB?
A Daily plan renews its daily high-speed allowance at the reset time stated for that product. Total GB is one high-speed data allowance shared across the whole validity period. Treat a Total plan as no longer usable once its high-speed allowance is exhausted. Do not rely on a 128kbps connection for normal internet use.
Does every eSIM start its validity when I reach the destination?
No. Activation rules vary by product. Malaysia CelcomDigi eSIM validity starts being calculated as soon as the eSIM is issued, counting from the following day. Do not buy too early; read the product warning. Roaming plans require data roaming to be switched on at the destination.
How are physical SIM cards delivered?
Physical SIM cards include free nationwide shipping within Malaysia and Thailand. Order early: public holidays, weather and courier delays can affect arrival. Choose a delivery address in one of these two countries and allow time before departure.
Is a local SIM the same as a roaming SIM?
No. Network access, setup and coverage depend on the specific plan. Follow the APN and activation instructions supplied with your order. Turn on data roaming for roaming plans, and check the listed countries and any excluded areas before buying.

Example: Daily 1GB for 5 days gives you 1GB of high-speed data each day. Tomorrow brings a new 1GB allowance. You cannot use all 5GB on day one. Reset time and speed after the daily allowance depend on your plan.
Total GB · Data for the whole trip
Illustrative example
Example: Total 5GB for 5 days gives you 5GB for all 5 days combined, not 5GB each day. Use 2GB today and 3GB remains for the rest of the plan. It does not reset tomorrow. Treat the plan as offline once the high-speed data is used.
Unlimited does not mean unlimited full speed. Check the speed cap and hotspot conditions for the selected plan.
Delivery & setup
Your eSIM QR code is sent to the email entered at checkout. Check device compatibility before ordering; install with a stable internet connection and do not delete it when troubleshooting.
Please activate & use within 90 days of purchase (eSIM). Once activated, the plan lasts for the number of days you selected.

🚀 Daily — a fresh batch of high-speed data every day. It renews daily whether or not you used up the previous day's data, so you're never left without data mid-trip. (Exact renewal time varies by plan.) (Data & date reset at 00:00 Taiwan time, UTC+8.) ⚠️ Once the day's high-speed data is used up, speed drops to 128kbps (very slow) until the next day's reset — it is not unlimited.
📦 Total GB — one fixed data pool you can use anytime, no daily limit. Once it runs out the connection stops until you top up, so choose the size that fits your needs.
