This website is operated by Happy Travel SIM. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Happy Travel SIM. Happy Travel SIM offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
- eSIM Products: These are digital goods delivered via email. You are responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM compatible (by dialing *#06# to check for EID) before purchase. eSIM QR codes cannot be refunded once sent.
- Physical SIMs: Shipping times and availabilities vary by region (Malaysia/Thailand only).

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
