PHYSICAL SIM CARDS (MALAYSIA ORDERS)
Delivery Area: Peninsular Malaysia Only.
Courier Service: Gdex / Pos Laju.
Shipping Cost: FREE Shipping.
Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 Working Days.
Same-Day Dispatch Cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+8) will be shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next working day.

PHYSICAL SIM CARDS (THAILAND ORDERS)
Courier Service: Thai Post.
Same-Day Dispatch Cut-off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Local Time) will be shipped out on the same day.
Estimated Delivery Time: Standard local courier delivery times apply (typically 2-5 working days).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not ship physical SIM cards to countries other than Malaysia and Thailand. International customers are encouraged to purchase our eSIM products for instant digital delivery.
