How to Install eSIM

Installing your eSIM is simple and only takes a few minutes. Please follow the steps below carefully to ensure a smooth installation and activation experience.

✅ Before You Start

Before installing your eSIM, please make sure that:

  • Your phone supports eSIM

  • Your device is carrier unlocked

  • You have a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi recommended)

  • You have received your eSIM QR code after purchase
    (Do not scan the QR code until you are ready to use the eSIM)

📲 How to Check if Your Phone Supports eSIM

You can easily check eSIM compatibility using your phone dialer:

  1. Open the Phone / Dialer app

  2. Dial *#06#

  3. If an EID number is displayed, your phone supports eSIM

If no EID appears, your device does not support eSIM.

📱 Installation Guide

iPhone (iOS)

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Tap Mobile Data / Cellular

  3. Select Add eSIM

  4. Choose Use QR Code

  5. Scan the QR code provided

  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation

After installation:

  • Set the eSIM as Mobile Data

  • Enable Data Roaming

  • Disable mobile data on your physical SIM if necessary

Android (Samsung / Google Pixel)

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Tap Connections → SIM Manager

  3. Select Add eSIM

  4. Choose Scan QR Code

  5. Scan the QR code provided

  6. Complete the setup by following on-screen instructions

After installation:

  • Set the eSIM as your preferred mobile data

  • Enable Data Roaming
