¿Qué diferencia hay entre datos diarios y Total GB?
El plan diario renueva su cuota de datos de alta velocidad a la hora indicada en el producto. Total GB es una única cantidad de datos de alta velocidad para todo el período de validez. Al agotarla, considera que ya no tienes una conexión utilizable. No cuentes con una conexión de 128kbps para seguir navegando con normalidad.
¿Todas las eSIM empiezan su validez al llegar al destino?
No. Las condiciones dependen del producto. En la eSIM CelcomDigi de Malasia, el cálculo de validez comienza al emitirse y se cuenta a partir del día siguiente. No la compres con demasiada antelación y revisa los avisos del producto. Los planes de itinerancia requieren activar la itinerancia de datos en el destino.
¿Cómo se entregan las SIM físicas?
Las SIM físicas incluyen envío gratuito a todo el territorio de Malasia y Tailandia. Pídelas con antelación: los festivos, el tiempo y las demoras del transportista pueden retrasar la entrega. La dirección debe estar en uno de estos dos países; deja margen antes de viajar.
¿Una SIM local es lo mismo que una SIM de itinerancia?
No. La red, la configuración y la cobertura dependen del plan concreto. Sigue las instrucciones de APN y activación que recibas con el pedido. Activa la itinerancia de datos en los planes de roaming y comprueba los países incluidos y las zonas excluidas antes de comprar.

Elige la red como parte de tu plan: Viettel con 5GB diarios, Wintel sobre VinaPhone/VNPT o datos totales de Mobifone. Son servicios distintos, no redes intercambiables dentro de un mismo plan.

Ejemplo: un plan de 1GB diario durante 5 días te da 1GB de datos de alta velocidad cada día. Al día siguiente dispones de una nueva cuota de 1GB. No puedes usar los 5GB el primer día. La hora de renovación y la velocidad después de agotar la cuota diaria dependen de tu plan.

Ejemplo: un plan de 5GB totales durante 5 días te da 5GB para los 5 días en conjunto, no 5GB cada día. Si hoy usas 2GB, te quedan 3GB para el resto del plan. La cuota no se renueva mañana. Considera que te has quedado sin conexión al agotar los datos de alta velocidad.
Ilimitado no significa velocidad máxima ilimitada. Comprueba el límite de velocidad y las condiciones para compartir internet del plan seleccionado.
Entrega y configuración
Enviamos el código QR de tu eSIM al correo electrónico indicado al pagar. Comprueba la compatibilidad de tu dispositivo antes de comprar; instálala con una conexión a internet estable y no la elimines si intentas resolver un problema.
Activa y utiliza la eSIM en un plazo de 90 días desde la compra. Una vez activada, el plan dura el número de días que hayas elegido.
Sigue las instrucciones de configuración del plan seleccionado que aparecen arriba. Los servicios de roaming requieren activar la itinerancia de datos; las excepciones de los planes locales se indican al seleccionarlos.
La señal y la velocidad reales varían según la ubicación, el dispositivo y las condiciones de la red.
