每日流量與總量 Total GB 有什麼不同？
每日流量套餐會在商品所列的重置時間更新當天高速額度；Total GB 是整個有效期共用的高速流量總額。Total 高速流量用完後，請視為無法正常上網，不要依賴 128kbps 低速連線繼續使用。
所有 eSIM 都是抵達目的地才開始計算有效期嗎？
不是，各商品啟用規則不同。馬來西亞 CelcomDigi eSIM 發出後就開始計算有效期，從隔天起算，請勿太早購買，並詳閱商品提醒。漫遊型套餐需要在目的地開啟數據漫遊。
實體 SIM 卡如何配送？
實體卡在馬來西亞及泰國全國免運。請提早訂購：國定假日、天氣及物流延誤可能影響送達時間。收件地址須位於這兩個國家之一，並請預留出發前收貨的時間。
原生卡和漫遊卡是一樣的嗎？
不一樣。實際網路、設定和覆蓋取決於所選套餐，請按照訂單提供的 APN 及啟用說明操作。漫遊型套餐需要開啟數據漫遊，購買前請核對支援國家及不涵蓋的地區。

示意範例
例如：5 天每日 1GB 方案，每天提供 1GB 高速流量，隔天會重設為新的 1GB 額度。您不能在第一天一次用完全部 5GB。重設時間及每日額度用完後的速度，依所選方案而定。
總量 GB · 整趟旅程共用的流量
示意範例
例如：5 天總量 5GB，表示全部 5 天共用 5GB，不是每天都有 5GB。今天使用 2GB 後，方案剩餘期間還有 3GB 可用，明天不會重設。高速流量用完後，請視同無法上網。
無限流量不等於全程不限速，請核對所選方案的速度上限及熱點限制。
交付與設定
eSIM QR 碼會寄到結帳時填寫的電子郵件信箱。下單前請確認裝置相容性，並在穩定的網路連線下安裝。排解連線問題時，請勿刪除 eSIM。
請在購買後 90 天內啟用並使用（eSIM）。啟用後，按你所選方案的天數計算使用期限。
請依照上方所選方案的設定說明操作。漫遊服務須開啟數據漫遊；本地方案的例外規則會隨所選方案顯示。
