所有 eSIM 都是抵達目的地才開始計算有效期嗎？
不是，各商品啟用規則不同。馬來西亞 CelcomDigi eSIM 下單時選擇抵達日期，我們會在抵達前約 48 小時寄出 QR 碼，套餐天數從抵達當天開始計算。漫遊型套餐需要在目的地開啟數據漫遊。

實體卡在馬來西亞及泰國全國免運。請提早訂購：國定假日、天氣及物流延誤可能影響送達時間。收件地址須位於這兩個國家之一，並請預留出發前收貨的時間。

Who can activate this SIM?
Foreign passport holders only. Malaysian citizens cannot activate it with a Malaysian passport or MyKad.
Does 400GB renew every month?
No. The 90-day plan includes 400GB total, shared over the whole 90 days. The 12-month plan includes 250GB high-speed data each month.
Can I make calls or share a hotspot?
Both plans include a Malaysian number and calls. Hotspot sharing uses your included data.
What happens after high-speed data is used up?
Speed reduces to 128kbps and your connection continues.
When should I register?
After receiving the SIM, scan the package or SIM-board QR and complete registration with your foreign passport. Book activation at least 24 hours ahead. No login is needed.
